Fifteen years ago, SuiteRx’s journey began with Intelligent Pharmacy Software (IPS) in Oakland, California. Within a few months, we relocated our headquarters to Allen, Texas, to better serve our growing customer base.
In 2014, I joined the leadership team as CEO of SuiteRx. I was fortunate to have a modest amount of experience and knowledge of the pharmacy industry, which I hoped would contribute to the company’s success. While I played a part in guiding our choices, it was truly a collective effort from the dedicated team members who contributed their skills and expertise. Together, we identified opportunities and tackled challenges as they arose, striving to make the best decisions for the company’s overall growth. I remain humbled by the opportunity to serve alongside such talented individuals.
In 2017, we unveiled a visual identity that mirrored our deep dedication to innovation and our partnership with you. We proudly adopted the tagline “Guided by Innovation, Powered by our Customers,” reinforcing our belief that collaboration and listening to your needs are the driving forces behind our growth and evolution.
Throughout the years, SuiteRx has encountered unforeseen challenges, but we have always remained resilient. In 2019, a significant milestone was achieved as SuiteRx became fully customer owned. This change marked a turning point, allowing us to streamline our operations and invest more resources into the development of our flagship product, IPS. With a renewed focus, we rebranded our look, igniting a sense of fresh energy and determination within our organization.
While the world faced unprecedented challenges in 2020 with the onset of the pandemic, SuiteRx stood strong in its commitment to serving you. We understood the critical role pharmacies play in healthcare, and we spared no effort in ensuring uninterrupted service and support. That year, we launched SRxUniversity, empowering you with knowledge and resources, and we reimagined our patient refill app as MyRx, enhancing the user experience. Additionally, we revamped the Delivery App into SRxDelivery and transformed the Web Portal into SRxGateway, further streamlining your operations.
Continuing on the path of progress, 2021 witnessed another transformative year for SuiteRx. We relocated our headquarters to Salt Lake City, Utah, and expanded our team by welcoming back past team members and hiring fresh new talent. These changes were aimed at strengthening our product portfolio and ensuring that we deliver even greater value to you, our valued customers.
Looking toward the post-pandemic world, 2022 marked another milestone for SuiteRx. With a more mature and refined brand image, we returned to our original tagline, “Empowering Pharmacy Innovation,” reaffirming our dedication to driving positive change in the industry. We rebranded our IPS software into SRx, introducing a new user interface and enhanced features that elevate your pharmacy experience. Moreover, we proudly launched new applications, including SRxDelivery 2.0, SRxAPI, and SRxAffinity, solidifying our position in the market as a provider of comprehensive and innovative solutions.
Now, in 2023, as we celebrate our 15th year anniversary, we have prepared exciting surprises for our valued clients. One such surprise is the launch of SRxGen, a new application designed to enhance your pharmacy operations. Moreover, we are thrilled to announce that the SRxAffinity app will be available to all SRx Clients free of charge until December 2023. We also look forward to attending various trade shows and forging partnerships with key industry players, ensuring that SuiteRx remains at the forefront of innovation and service excellence.
